An interactive love story told in Australian Sign Language (Southern Dialect).

Created in collaboration with Deaf storytellers and AI experts, this project uses cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technology to allow hearing audiences to experience Auslan first-hand. An uplifting romantic comedy documentary, this story illuminates the richness of Deaf culture and the complexity of Auslan.

Winner of 2022 Walkley Award for innovation, Winner of the IDFA Special Jury Prize for Creative Technology, showcased at IDFA, SXSW.

K’gari

K’gari is an innovative interactive documentary that debunks one of Australia's first fake news stories by exposing the untold Aboriginal version of events.

Created with internationally acclaimed artist Fiona Foley, academic Larissa Behrendt and voiced by Miranda Otto, this documentary was showcased at SXSW 2018, IDFA DocLab 2017 and was Walkley and Webby Award finalist.

She Called Me Red

A world-first, live, Instagram documentary. A personal story of the Rohingya refugee crisis told from the perspective of Yunus and his family as they fight to survive in the world’s largest refugee camp. This experimental project was told via updates posted to Instagram daily, featuring text, art and photos as well as videos sent directly from the Rohingya refugee camp in Cox’s Bazaar, Bangladesh.

Nominated for a Walkley Award and a Premier’s Multicultural Communications Award.
